2. GET /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/providers/Microsoft.Security/alerts -- list all the alerts that are associated with the subscription
3. POST /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/providers/Microsoft.Security/locations/{ascLocation}/alerts/{alertName}/dismiss -- create first dismiss
